Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

TELEPHONE LINES - please be aware that between 1pm - 2pm, Monday to Friday our phones lines will offer a reduced service, in the event of a medical emergency there will be an alternative number to call, for all other enquiries we will ask that you call back after 2pm.


On the 22nd August 2018 we migrated our Clinical System (which contains all patient notes) from Vision to EMIS WEB, so that all practices in Croydon are using the same system. 

Access to Patient On Line services was unfortunately at that time, now we have fully migrated to EMIS, patients are asked to re-register for On Line Services by contacting the surgery. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause to our patients, and ask that you bear with us during this challenging transition.   THANK YOU

TEXT REMINDER SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE - Please ensure that your mobile phone numbers are updated at reception and you will be able to receive text reminders of your appointments - if you share a mobile number with children, let us know so that we can opt you in to the service. Those aged 12 - 15 years are unable to use the reminder service due to confidentiality. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SERVICES USES A MOBILE NUMBER THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS - PLEASE DO NOT SEND MESSAGES TO US VIA THIS SERVICE.
