HOW TO ORDER A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

Repeat prescriptions should only be requested in writing, giving two working days notice.

You may also send your requests by fax (020 8686 0824) or online.

The prescription may be collected during office hours. If you supply a SAE it will be posted to you or direct to your chemist. All patients on repeat medication should see the doctor at least once a year.
