What to do when the
Surgery is Closed OUT OF HOURS
Croydon Primary Care Trust is responsible for commissioning our “Out
of Hours” service. This service should be used ONLY in the
case of a genuine emergency. If you wish to contact a doctor, in an
emergency when the surgery is closed, you should telephone CROYDOC
on 0845 603 8517. Alternatively if you phone the surgery a
recorded message will tell you how to contact the duty doctor. This
emergency number is also displayed on the surgery door. This
number should not be used out of hours, for general
enquiries, prescriptions etc.

NHS WALK-IN CENTRE
The NHS WALK-IN CENTRE at 45 High Street Croydon Is also open from
7.00am – 10.00pm Monday – Friday and 9.00 am –10.00pm Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holiday. No appointment necessary. Their telephone
